New York Yankee’s player, Derek Jeter, is probably one of the best baseball players to ever play the game.  Derek Jeter has been a role model of consistency.

He is one of the highest paid players in baseball, he has World Series championship rings, he leads his team to the playoffs just about every year and he’s an outstanding shortstop and role model. Derek Jeter does not put up huge home run numbers or high RBI numbers but he is consistent year in and year out.  In this modern era of baseball free agents, Derek Jeter has remained a New York Yankee his entire career and that is a major accomplishment.
